Certifed Angus Beef Strip Steak
With Eggs Benedict

Ingredients
  • 6 Certified Angus Beef strip steaks, 6 to 8 ounces each
  • 1 package Knorrs package hollandaise mix, prepared according to directions
  • 12 large eggs, poached
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled


Directions
 
  1. Cut each steak in half and season. Grill to desired doneness.
  2. Poach eggs; drain and place one egg on each steak half.
  3. Put two steak halves and eggs per plate.
  4. Top with hollandaise and crumbled bacon.

Final Beef Temperatures:


Rare: Very red, warm center 125 to 130 degrees.
Medium: Pink, warm center 135 to 140 degrees.
Well: Pink, very warm center 140 to 145 degrees and above.
