1. Stir the soup, milk, garlic and onion powders in a large bowl. Stir in the potatoes. 2. Place the potato mixture on 4 (14-in.) squares of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Sprinkle with paprika. Fold the foil to make packets. 3. Heat the grill to medium. Grill the packets for 25 min. or until the potatoes are tender.
* To bake in the oven: Place the packets on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F. for 25 min.
