Perfect Egg Salad

What you need:

+ 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
+ 1/2 c. chopped celery
+ 1/4 c. chopped onion (optional)
+ 1/2 Tbsp. prepared yellow mustard
+ 1/4 c. mayonnaise
+ 1/4 tsp. salt
+ 1/8 tsp. black pepper
What to do:
1. In a medium-sized bowl, chop or mash eggs to desired consistency with a fork.
2. Mix in remaining ingredients and stir until well combined.
