What you need:

+ 3/4 lb. cooked roast pork, thinly sliced
+ 3 c. romaine lettuce, chopped
+ 1/2 c. Caesar salad dressing
+ 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
+ 1 (8 in.) focaccia bread, round
What to do:
1. Toss lettuce with dressing and cheese, set aside.
2. Slice focaccia horizontally; cut into 4 wedges. Layer pork and then lettuce on focaccia bottoms. Place focaccia tops over lettuce.
