Shrimp-and-Corn Bisque
Ingredients
4 cups fat-free milk (dairy department)
2 cups diced peeled Idaho baking potatoes (produce department)
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning for seafood, such as Chef Paul Prudhomme's Seafood Magic
(spice rack end of aisle # 8)
1/4 teaspoon salt (aisle # 8)
1/4 teaspoon pepper (spice rack end of aisle # 8)
2 cans 14.75 ounce no-salt-added Green Giant cream-style corn (aisle # 7)
1 pound large uncooked shrimp, peeled and de veined (service seafood department)
Directions

1. Combine the first five ingredients in a Dutch oven, and bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat, and simmer the milk mixture for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Stir in the corn, and bring to a boil.
4. Add the shrimp, and cook for 2 minutes or until shrimp are done.
