Fresh Tuna Streak Stir Fry With Cilantro & Lime
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice (produce department)
- 1 1/4 pounds fresh Foley tuna, cut into 1 inch cubes (service seafood department)
- 1/4 cup low-sodium Kikoman teriyaki sauce (aisle # 8)
- 1 ½ teaspoons cornstarch (aisle # 8)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (aisle # 8)
- 1 cup vertically sliced yellow onion (produce department)
- 2 teaspoons minced peeled fresh ginger (produce department)
- 3 garlic cloves, minced (produce department)
- 3 cups hot cooked long grain white rice (aisle # 7)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (produce department)
Directions

- Combine the lime juice and tuna in a medium bowl. Combine teriyaki sauce and cornstarch in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk.
- Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion, ginger, and garlic and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add tuna mixture; stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Add teriyaki mixture, stir-fry 30 seconds or until slightly thick.
- Serve over rice, and sprinkle with cilantro.
