So Easy...Baked Foley Salmon Fillets With Dill


Ingredients
  • 4 six ounce Foley fresh salmon fillets, about 1 inch thick (service meat & seafood)
  • Cooking spray of your choice (aisle # 6)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill (produce department)
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt (aisle # 8)
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    (aisle # 8)
  • 4 lemon wedges (produce department)


Directions
 
  1. Preheat oven to 350° degrees.
  2. Place fish on a baking sheet lightly coated with cooking spray; lightly coat fish with cooking spray.
  3. Sprinkle fish with dill, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork or until desired degree of doneness.
  5. Serve with lemon wedges.
