Fennel Seasoned Mahi Mahi
Ingredients
1 1/3 pounds Foley Fresh Mahi Mahi (service seafood department)
2 tablespoons olive oil (aisle # 11)
1/2 fennel bulb, thinly sliced crosswise (produce department)
1/2 cup chopped onion (produce department)
Black pepper to taste (spice rack end of aisle # 11)
1 lemon, cut in wedges (produce department)
Salt to taste (aisle # 11)
Directions

1. In a 4 cup microwavable measure, combine oil, fennel and onion; cover loosely with plastic and microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute.
2. Place Mahi Mahi in a microwave dish; spoon fennel topping over fish and season with salt and pepper.
3. Cover with plastic and microwave on high 6 to 8 minutes, rotating dish midway, or until fish is just cooked throughout. Serve with lemon wedges.
